I am an experienced manager in B2B with a strong focus on manufacturing and general management. I very much enjoy identifying opportunities for better performance and customer satisfaction.

After graduating from Physics and receiving my Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering, I have focused my career in the industrial sector. In all of my positions, most of them as Managing Director, I have established clear and sustainable improvements.
Since 2013, I have been working as an Interim Manager and business consultant to help companies navigate through critical challenges. I am used to supporting start-up businesses as well as international corporate groups at every level and in all kinds of CEO, VP (R&D, Sales, Procurement), COO and CRO matters. Specific training has helped me become a skilled advisor in 'close to insolvency' situations according to German law.
